Responsibilities

• Maintains high level of customer service for internal and external customers.
• Oversees clinic tasks: patient phone calls, check-in/check-out, billing, scheduling.
• Acts as preceptor to CSA staff and provides supervision and training.
• Provides feedback for performance reviews of CSA staff.
• Ensures adherence to policies and prepares monthly QA documents.
