Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent or Bachelor's Degree in related field.
• 2 years of experience at CSA II level or equivalent in a patient care front/back office environment (admitting, insurance verification, billing, scheduling).
• 6 months experience in a patient care front/back office with Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversees clinic tasks including patient phone calls, check-in, check-out, billing, and scheduling.
• Acts as a preceptor to orient CSA staff and provide regular feedback and training.
• Ensures adherence to clinic policies and maintains patient confidentiality.
• Monitors appointment cancellations, overbooking, and related scheduling considerations.
• Gathers data for quality assurance and supports monthly QA documents.
