Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Medical Science Liaison for Cardiovascular Metabolic in Upstate New York, covering Buffalo and Rochester. The role requires engaging with cardiometabolic thought leaders and payers to communicate data and advance Amgen's scientific platform.

Qualifications

• Doctorate/Master’s/Bachelor’s with Medical Affairs experience requirements.
• Clinical practice, medical research, or related field preferred.
• Cardio-met metabolic expertise preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with cardiometabolic KOLs and payers to communicate and advance the scientific platform.
• Educate and communicate clinical value, outcomes, and economic data to payers and providers.
• Provide in-depth clinical and economic support to payers, IDNs, and formulary committees; share insights internally.
