Job summary

Amgen seeks a Medical Science Liaison for the Cardiovascular Metabolic area covering Indiana. This field-based role engages cardiometabolic thought leaders and payers to communicate clinical data and demonstrate value aligned with Amgen’s goals.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s with Medical Affairs experience required.
• Bachelor’s with 5+ years Medical Affairs experience acceptable.
• Cardio-metabolic expertise preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with cardiometabolic opinion leaders and healthcare decision-makers to communicate and advance scientific platform.
• Educate and communicate clinical value, outcomes, and economic data to payers, providers, and payers’ policy.
• Provide in-depth clinical and economic support to payers, IDNs, and formulary committees.
