Amgen, a global leader in biotech, seeks a Medical Science Liaison for Cardiovascular Metabolic based in New York. This field-based role engages with cardiometabolic KOLs and healthcare decision-makers to communicate scientific data aligned with Amgen's goals.

You will educate payers and providers on clinical value and economic data, support investigators, and contribute to local engagement plans and speaker training while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifikationen

• Doctorate degree required or equivalent research credentials.
• Alternatively Masters with 3+ years Medical Affairs experience.
• Alternatively Bachelor’s with 5+ years Medical Affairs experience.
• Preferred: Pharm.D., Ph.D., M.D. or D.O. and cardio-metabolic expertise.

Aufgaben

• Engage with cardiometabolic opinion leaders to communicate data and advance Amgen's scientific platform.
• Educate payers, providers, and stakeholders on clinical value and economic data.
• Provide clinical and economic support to payers and IDNs, sharing insights with internal teams.
• Lead local MSL plans, training, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Support speaker training and investigator-initiated studies.
• Contribute to congress activities and regional field teams.
• Maintain training and respond to inquiries per compliance standards.
