Job summary

Cordis is seeking a Clinical Sales Specialist to support the cardiovascular and endovascular portfolio within a defined territory. The role blends hands-on clinical presence with strategic sales support to drive revenue growth and improve patient outcomes.

You will collaborate with Territory Managers, travel within the region, and engage with physicians, nurses, and staff to expand Cordis product adoption while upholding the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 2+ years related experience in a medical device and/or pharmaceutical field (Cath lab, nurse, etc.)
• Strong clinical background with sales capability
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to adapt to changing priorities

Responsibilities

• Partner with Territory Managers and sales leadership to support territory growth through clinical education, procedural coverage, and ongoing customer engagement
• Meet revenue generation targets on assigned accounts within the region on a quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis
• Drive account penetration and increase Cordis product utilization in existing accounts by engaging physicians and re-engaging lost customers
• Conduct in-services and presentations to Physicians, nurses, techs, and management
• Travel within territory and/or region as needed
• Complete training and obtain certification for Cordis products and maintain competency
• Proactively communicate with territory team and provide updates on competitive and customer situations
• Track sales and support activities as directed by Regional Director and report outcomes
• Report and manage product complaints in coordination with Medical Affairs and sales leadership
