Cordis, LLC is seeking a Clinical Sales Specialist to support the cardiovascular and endovascular product portfolio within a defined territory, with a strong focus on procedural case coverage. You will partner with Territory Managers to drive revenue growth, increase product adoption, and enhance account performance.

This role blends hands-on clinical presence with strategic support, requiring travel within the territory, in-services, and presentations to physicians, nurses, and staff.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required; equivalent experience will be considered.
• 2+ years related experience in the medical device/pharma field (Cath lab, nurse, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive extensively within the territory.
• Residence within or willingness to relocate to the assigned territory.
• Regular travel throughout the territory to visit customer sites.

Mansioni

• Partner with Territory Managers and sales leadership to support territory growth objectives through high impact clinical education, procedural coverage, and ongoing customer engagement.
• Responsible for meeting revenue generation targets on assigned accounts within the region on a quarterly, semi-annual, and/or annual basis.
• Drive account penetration and increase Cordis product utilization in existing accounts by cultivating new physician users and re-engaging lost customers.
• Conduct in-services and presentations to physicians, nurses, techs, and management.
• Complete training and obtain certification for full Cordis product suite.
• Travel within territory/region and provide regular updates on competitive, clinical, and customer situations.
• Track sales and support activities; report to Regional Director and coordinate with sales support.
• Manage product complaints appropriately and report to Medical Affairs and sales leadership; outline steps to re-engage customers.
• Uphold professionalism, ethics, and integrity; complete Ethics & Integrity training before engaging with customers.
• Ensure compliance with HR, compliance guidelines and external regulations governing interactions with healthcare professionals.
