Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assists RN with daily patient care including bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, activity orders and ambulation.
• Measures and documents vital signs and other patient data in the EMR.
• Performs rounding and communicates patient/family observations to RN.
• Participates in admission, transfer and discharge processes under RN supervision.
• Collects specimens and assists with point-of-care testing as indicated.
