BB Imaging in Dallas-area is seeking experienced Cardiac Sonographers to join a supportive, sonographer-led team. You’ll perform sonographic procedures, travel to clinic sites, review charts, and create reports to assist physicians.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAAHEP-accredited educational program in Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) with an AE specialty.
• Knowledge of applied physics related to ultrasound.
• Compliant with HIPAA as it relates to the use of EMR systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Calm under pressure and compassionate with patients.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship, now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Perform sonographic procedures.
• Travel to clinic sites within your assigned area.
• Inspect and review patient charts, reports, lab results, and medical history.
• Create reports to assist the physician with documentation.
• Evaluate sonograms to identify or rule-out patient/fetus anomalies.
• Communicate sonographic findings to physician.
• Provide visual sonographic guidance to complete successful amniocentesis.
• Communicate machine errors or needs to maintain quality machines and imagery.
• Restock sonography rooms with required supplies for sonography performance.
• Increase your knowledge of diseases and new procedures through CMEs.
• Other duties assigned by managers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
