Job summary

Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital in Charlottesville, VA seeks a Registered Nurse for the Non Invasive Cardiology department. This full-time day shift role includes 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, with a 4-hour Saturday every 3rd week from 8a–noon. Ideal candidates have EKG/Telemetry experience and stress testing background.

Sign-on bonus up to $15,000 for qualified candidates. The RN will support stress testing, monitor placement, and provide care across inpatient/outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Registered Nursing (Required).
• Active RN license is required.
• Experience with EKG/Telemetry and Stress Testing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process and critical thinking.
• Supervise stress testing and monitor placement; assist with CCTA, MRI and cardiac PET as needed.
• Intra-procedural patient care, coordination, and post-care education.
