Job summary

Abbott Laboratories is seeking a CRM Product Support Specialist based in Pasadena, CA. The role supports physicians, healthcare professionals and field staff with CRM product inquiries, delivering engineering, educational and clinical assistance as needed.

You will build strong relationships with customers, provide training, and back up CRM sales team while deepening product knowledge across CRM offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Bio-Medical Engineering or related healthcare field.
• Minimum 2+ years of related experience or a program certification in cardiac training.
• Ability to obtain CRM product certification.
• Demonstrated knowledge of cardiology, electrophysiology, or cardiac procedures.
• Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures and protocols.
• Advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems.
• Apply engineering skills to interpret and solve complex clinical problems.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical and organizational abilities; deadline-driven.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Ability to collaborate with engineers, technicians, vendors and customers; manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a clinical interface between the medical community and the business.
• Builds and sustains credible relationships with customers and shares product expertise.
• Provides engineering, sales, education and clinical support for CRM products as needed.
• Develops and facilitates CRM product training for healthcare professionals.
• Provides additional back-up support to CRM Sales Representatives.
