Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Bio-Medical Engineering or related field.
0–2 years of related experience or a CRM training program certification.
Capability to obtain CRM product certification.
Knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, or cardiac electro-physiology procedures.
Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures.
Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

Acts as a clinical interface between medical community and business.
Builds and sustains credible relationships with customers and shares product expertise.
Provides engineering, sales, education, and clinical support on field inquiries.
Develops, leads, and facilitates training sessions on CRM products for healthcare professionals.
Provides back-up support to CRM Sales Representatives.
