Job summary

Abbott is a global healthcare leader seeking a CRM Product Support Specialist in Dallas, TX. The role provides comprehensive engineering, sales, educational, and clinical support for Cardiac Rhythm Management products, responding to field inquiries from physicians and healthcare professionals.

Requires a biomedical engineering background with CRM certification eligibility and knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, and pacing systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Bio-Medical Engineering or related healthcare field.
• 2+ years of related experience or a program certification from an accredited cardiac training program.
• Must be able to obtain certification in CRM products.
• Demonstrated knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, or cardiac electro-physiology procedures.
• Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures and protocol.
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a clinical interface between the medical community and the business.
• Builds and sustains credible business relationships with customers and shares product expertise.
• Provides engineering, sales, education, and clinical support for CRM products in response to field inquiries.
• Develops, leads, and facilitates CRM product training sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Provides back-up support to CRM Sales Representatives.
