Job summary

Abbott in Pasadena, CA, is seeking a field-based CRM specialist to support Cardiac Rhythm Management products. You will act as a clinical interface, build relationships with healthcare professionals, and provide engineering, sales, education, and clinical support.

The role requires a bio-medical engineering background, 0–2+ years of related experience, and the ability to obtain CRM product certification. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires BA/BS in Bio‑Medical Engineering or healthcare field.
• 0–2+ years of related experience or a certified cardiac training program.
• Ability to obtain CRM product certification.
• Knowledge of cardiology and electro-physiology concepts.
• Familiarity with cath lab procedures and cardiac pacing systems.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as clinical interface between medical community and business.
• Build and sustain relationships with customers and share product expertise.
• Provide engineering, sales, education, and clinical support as needed.
• Develop and lead CRM product trainings for healthcare professionals.
• Provide back-up sales support to CRM Representatives.
