Job summary

Abbott seeks a CRM Product Support Specialist based in Phoenix, AZ, to provide comprehensive engineering, sales, educational, and clinical support for Cardiac Rhythm Management products. The role involves responding to field inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field staff, and delivering training and education on CRM product lines.

You will collaborate with engineers, vendors, and customers to resolve complex clinical problems and to sustain strong relationships,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Bio-Medical Engineering or related field
• 0–2 years of related experience or a program certification from an accredited cardiac training program
• Must be able to obtain certification in CRM products
• Knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, or cardiac electro-physiology procedures
• Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures and protocol
• Advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems
• Must apply engineering skills to interpret and solve complex clinical problems
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, and organizational abilities; able to meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Able to collaborate with engineers, technical specialists, vendors, and customers on multiple assignments
• Extensive PC skills including Microsoft Office for presentation materials

Responsibilities

• Acts as a clinical interface between medical community and business
• Builds and sustains credible business relationships with customers
• Provides engineering, sales, education, and clinical support for CRM products
• Develops, leads, and/or facilitates training sessions on CRM products for healthcare professionals
• Provides back-up sales support to CRM Sales Representatives
