Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Bio-Medical Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of related experience or a cardiac training program certification.
• Must be able to obtain certification in CRM products.
• Knowledge of cardiology, electrophysiology, or cardiac procedures.
• Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures.
• Advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Able to collaborate with engineers, technical specialists, vendors, and customers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office to develop presentation materials.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a clinical interface between the medical community and the business.
• Builds and sustains credible business relationships with customers and shares product knowledge.
• Provides engineering, sales, education, and clinical support for CRM products.
• Develops, leads, and/or facilitates training sessions and programs on CRM products for healthcare professionals.
• Provides back-up support to CRM Sales Representatives.
