Job summary

Abbott is seeking a CRM Product Support Specialist based in Pasadena, CA, delivering comprehensive engineering, sales, educational, and clinical support. You will respond to inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field staff, acting as a clinical interface and building strong customer relationships.

The role requires a Biomedical Engineering degree or equivalent, 2+ years of related experience, and the ability to obtain CRM product certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent healthcare experience required.
• 2+ years of related experience or a cardiac training program certification.
• Must be able to obtain certification in CRM products.
• Demonstrated knowledge of cardiology/electrophysiology.
• Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering, sales, education, and clinical support for CRM products.
• Respond to field inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and sales staff.
• Act as a clinical interface between medical community and business.
• Develop, lead, and facilitate CRM product training sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Provide back-up support to CRM Sales Representatives.
