West Valley Medical Center in Caldwell, Idaho seeks an Exercise Physiologist to join our cardiac rehab team. You will perform patient assessments, develop care plans, and supervise exercise sessions with ECG and BP monitoring, ensuring safety and progress in a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities include reassessments, interdisciplinary collaboration, and documentation. PRN role with opportunities to impact patient outcomes and community health within the HCA Healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology is required.
• Basic Life Support from American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
• Course and certification in BLS/BCLS.
• Knowledge of exercise physiology and patient capabilities; hospital experience desirable.

Responsabilités

• Perform patient assessments and reassessments per AACVPR guidelines.
• Develop and follow through with care plans based on patient diagnoses.
• Ensure proper setup and electrode placement for activities.
• Monitor vital signs and patient response during and after activity.
• Complete daily, monthly, and discharge reports; review inpatient census for cardiac rehab.
