Job summary

FMOL Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide safe therapeutic care in a holistic, patient‑centered manner. You will integrate knowledge, skills, and family education to support the patient across the continuum.

Responsibilities include assessments, care planning, discharge planning, patient advocacy, and collaboration with the healthcare team. Current LA RN license and BLS required; ACLS/PALS within 6 months; CPI and NIH Stroke Scale within first year.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication and computer skills.
• Current Louisiana RN license; BLS; ACLS and PALS within first 6 months; CPI and NIH Stroke Scale within first year.

Responsibilities

• Perform psychosocial/physiologic assessments that integrate changing data.
• Formulate a plan of care based on trends of similar patients, including education and discharge planning.
• Engage in routine transitional health care planning and end-of-life options.
• Respond to changes in patient needs with holistic care using clinical judgment.
• Document all patient care activities per documentation standards.
