Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program.
• Current Louisiana State RN license and BLS certification.
• Proficient in English with strong communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe therapeutic nursing care in a holistic and systematic way.
• Perform psychosocial/physiologic assessments and update care plans.
• Educate patients and families and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with health care team and delegate appropriately to maximize productivity.
• Document all patient care activities per standards and support continuous quality improvement.
• Engage in professional development and mentoring within the care team.
