Qualifications

• Education: graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Louisiana RN license; BLS, ACLS, and PALS within first 6–12 months.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proficient with computers.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic therapeutic care and patient education.
• Perform psychosocial and physiologic assessments and update plans.
• Develop and adjust care plans based on patient needs and trends.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure seamless transitions.
• Document all patient care activities per standards.
