Job summary

Banner University Medical Center-Phoenix is seeking an experienced Medical PCU Registered Nurse for the Night Shift (7:00 PM–7:30 AM). The role focuses on cardiac patients, telemetry care, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team in a Magnet-designated academic medical center.

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, document accurately, and participate in professional development through our Nursing Clinical Ladder.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in state of practice and BLS certification.
• Experience in acute care or critical care preferred.
• Experience with telemetry, ICU, or medical-surgical care is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan individualized care.
• Implement care plans and coordinate with the care team.
• Document care and patient responses accurately in the chart.
• Provide teaching and discharge planning support to patients and families.
