Qualifications

• Must hold current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in cardiac care or related units is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan care according to nursing standards.
• Implement and evaluate care plans with the care team.
• Document care accurately in patient records.
• Coordinate with physicians and staff to ensure safe, effective care.
• Mentor and support unit staff and students when available.
