Job summary

Qualifications
- Two years of recent operating room experience as a Surgical Tech.
- Experience scrubbing for cardio-thoracic/coronary bypass surgery preferred.
- Current BLS certification required.
Responsibilities
- Assist in instrument and supply maintenance, cleaning, care, and sterilization.
- Perform counts for surgical procedures and maintain instrument set lists.
- Monitor sterilizers, verify temperature, cycle completion, and indicator tests.
- Assemble instrument sets and list missing instruments per protocol.
- Assist anesthesia with TEE probe, machine, decontamination, and processing.
