Job summary

Temecula Valley Hospital in Temecula, CA, seeks an experienced Surgical Technician to support the operating room team in cardio-thoracic procedures. The role requires two years’ OR experience and graduation from an accredited OR Technician Program, with BLS certification strongly preferred.

You will scrub for cardio-thoracic cases, ensure sterile technique, and collaborate with surgeons and staff to maintain patient safety and efficient OR workflow.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years recent operating room experience as a Surgical Tech required.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience scrubbing for cardio-thoracic/coronary artery bypass surgery required.
• High school graduate or equivalent preferred
• Graduated from an accredited Operating Room Technician Program required
• National Surgical Technician certification, recommended
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association required
