Job summary

Carle Health is seeking an echocardiography professional to provide high quality ultrasound imaging of the heart and great vessels for adult patients. The role includes supporting exercise and pharmacologic stress testing and collaborating with cardiology for diagnostic accuracy.

The incumbent will operate ultrasound equipment, perform M-Mode and Doppler assessments, and contribute to timely imaging and reporting while maintaining ICAEL standards and patient safety.

Qualifications

• ARDMS or CCI registration within 1 year.
• BLS within 30 days - American Heart Association (AHA).
• Education: Sonography or Related field.
• Work Experience: Accept New Grads.

Responsibilities

• Performs high quality two-dimensional ultrasound studies of the heart and great vessels.
• Identify EKG abnormalities and/or arrhythmia.
• Use Doppler and other imaging techniques to investigate clinical questions.
• Position patients for optimal cardiac imaging and document findings.
