Job summary

Christiana Care Health System is seeking a Diagnostic Echocardiography Technician to perform 2D, M-Mode, CW, PW, and Color Doppler studies and stress echo for adult and geriatric patients. The role includes IV access for dobutamine testing and presenting results to physicians.

The position requires ARDMS RDCS/CCI RCVT certification or registry eligibility, CPR, and experience with stress echocardiography. Expect a day shift with no weekends and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred.
• ARDMS RDCS or CCI RCVT certification or registry-eligible.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs 2D, M-Mode, CW, PW, and Color Flow Doppler echocardiograms.
• Performs stress echocardiograms.
• Performs IV starts for Dobutamine stress testing.
• Demonstrates skills to provide quality echocardiograms for adults/geriatric patients.
• Presents completed echocardiograms to physicians.
• Rotates to Cardiac Diagnostic Centers as directed by manager.
