Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Cardiac Echo Technologist to perform transthoracic, transesophageal, and stress echocardiograms for adults in inpatient and outpatient settings. New grads welcome and sign-on bonus offered.

The role requires ARDMS/RDCS or CCI/RCS credentials, an associate degree in echocardiography or equivalent experience, and BLS certification. You will work under supervision, support cardiology teams, and participate in on-call duties within a busy imaging department.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in echocardiography or relevant clinical experience leading to registry eligibility.
• ARDMS/RDCS or CCI/RCS accreditation or accreditation eligible and current BLS certification required.
• Must meet licensure, certification, registration requirements as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic cardiac ultrasound procedures including Transthoracic Echo, Transesophageal Echo, and Stress Echo.
• Produce accurate clinical information used by cardiologists for diagnosis.
• Respond to cardiac arrests as required and participate in on-call rotation.
• Troubleshoot echocardiography techniques and ensure a safe testing environment.
• Document tests and retrieve/send data using clinical/financial information systems.
