Advocate Health is seeking a Cardiac Sonographer I–IV at Atrium Health Pineville Echo Lab to perform routine and urgent echocardiograms, record imaging quality data, and communicate findings to physicians. The role entails working across locations, on-call coverage, and ongoing professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, ARRT/ARDMS cardiology certifications within one year, and CPR/BLS.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ARRT(S), RDMS, RDCS certification through ARRT/ARDMS; must be registered in cardiology specialties within one year of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrates proficiency by performing routine and emergency echocardiograms per physician and protocols.
• Records quality information while performing imaging and following guidelines.
• Explains procedures and potential side effects to patients or family.
• Provides echocardiography service at multiple locations and on-call as scheduled.
• Maintains equipment and prepares preliminary reports for Cardiologist review.
• Participates in quality improvement activities and reviews department performance.
