Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent field clinical/sales experience.
• Minimum of 2 years medical device or related sales experience.
• Experience selling cardiac monitoring equipment or cardiac related devices.
• Direct selling experience to physicians and hospitals.
• History and relationships with key players in cardiac monitoring industry.
• Ability to discuss and explain software algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote company products to hospital personnel and physicians.
• Analyze sales figures and create action plans with Regional Sales Manager to meet annual goals.
• Identify needs and pricing for customers by engaging with physicians and hospital staff.
• Establish pricing packages within company guidelines.
• Respond to customer needs and complaints with feasible solutions.
• Build relationships with hospital personnel to identify key decision makers for future sales.
• Educate customers on product benefits and clinical usage through presentations and demonstrations.
