Job summary

Boston Scientific seeks a field-based sales professional to promote Cardiac Diagnostics products across a defined US territory. You will build relationships with hospital staff, identify decision-makers, and present clinical value to physicians and caregivers while meeting revenue goals.

Responsibilities include developing sales plans, analyzing quarterly data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent field clinical/sales experience.
• Minimum of 2 years medical device, pharmaceutical, or related sales experience.
• Experience selling cardiac monitoring equipment or cardiac-related devices is preferred.
• Direct selling experience to physicians and hospitals is preferred.
• Must have a technical aptitude; be able to discuss software algorithms.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote company products to hospital personnel and physicians.
• Develop action plans and analyze sales figures to meet annual goals.
• Identify needs, pricing, and product usage for key accounts through meetings with physicians.
• Establish pricing packages in line with company guidelines.
• Address customer needs and complaints by collaborating with clinical research, pricing and marketing teams.
• Build relationships with hospital staff to identify key decision makers for future sales.
• Educate customers on product merits and proper clinical usage via presentations and demos.
