Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies of existing and potential accounts to promote the company's products to hospital personnel and physicians.
• Develop action plans (weekly, quarterly, monthly) by analyzing sales figures and reports to help achieve annual sales goals.
• Determine customer needs and goals by meeting with physicians and hospital personnel to tailor product usage and pricing.
• Establish pricing packages to address customer needs while following company guidelines.
• Respond to customer needs and complaints by developing solutions with related departments to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Build relationships with hospital staff to identify decision makers for future sales.
• Educate customers on clinical usage of products by presentations and demos to secure purchasing commitments.
