Job summary

Kestra Medical Technologies, Inc is seeking a results-driven Territory Manager to secure new business and independently manage a regional sales area, often working remotely from Kestra offices. You will consult with clients in clinical settings, drive product adoption, and coordinate with Clinical Advisors and the Care team.

The role requires 5+ years in medical device sales, 3+ years of outside sales, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of successful medical device sales experience.
• 3+ years of outside sales experience.
• Must reside in the assigned territory.
• Ability to drive an automobile with a valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR.
• Proficient with MS Office and standard business tools.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the sales and ongoing support of Kestra products.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and performance-based objectives.
• Grow and develop trusted partner relationships with key accounts within the territory.
• Prepare quarterly Business Plans and present to Regional Sales Leadership.
• Coordinate patient interaction with Clinical Advisors and Customer Care team.
• Manage sales cycle from introduction to product delivery and build long-term partnerships.
