Job summary

MUHA is seeking a Cardiovascular Technologist I to assist physicians in invasive cardiac and vascular procedures in the cath lab. You will scrub, gown, and set up for interventions, monitor hemodynamics, and ensure patient safety under supervision.

Requires RCIS/RCES/CEPS or RT(R)CI within 2 years, BLS, and ACLS within 3 months. 40-hour week, hourly pay, with a $30,000 sign-on bonus available.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• RCIS/RCES/CEPS or RT(R)CI certification within the first 2 years of hire.
• Current BLS; ACLS within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs scrub duties for cardiac interventions and catheterizations.
• Records left/right heart hemodynamics with accuracy.
• Maintains ECG setup and rhythm monitoring.
• Maintains supplies and assists in room preparation for patient safety.
• Transports patients with staff assistance as needed.
