Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One to three years' related experience and/or training.
• Any equivalent combination of education and experience in a business/financial environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions, investigate situations, correct errors, and review member records.
• Process debit, credit and ATM cards including new/reissue and lost/stolen cards.
• Ensure compliance with card rules and regulations.
• Perform file maintenance and account changes as needed.
• Liaise between the credit union, card processor, and branches.
• Provide monthly updates on cardholder statistics.
