Job summary

Florida Credit Union is seeking a Card Services Specialist to support front-line staff, handle debit/credit/ATM card processing, and manage fraud and dispute claims. The role requires attention to detail and experience in a financial setting.

You will liaise with card processors and branches and report monthly cardholder statistics, while ensuring policy compliance and accurate file maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years related experience and/or training.
• Any equivalent combination of education and experience in a business/financial environment.

Handles all plastic card functions for Florida Credit Union. Conduct these activities in accordance with Credit Union policies, goals and objectives established by the card services manager by completing the following duties.
