Job summary

First Community Credit Union is seeking a proactive Card Services Representative to assist members with card accounts, payments, and inquiries. You will process applications, upgrades, and card orders while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will investigate fraud cases, monitor activity, and support electronic payments, online banking, and mobile deposits. A team-focused, detail-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior customer service and administrative experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a computer, telephone and other office equipment.
• Competitive team player, with a positive attitude willing to learn and adapt to change.
• Ability to communicate, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced member service environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and knowledgeable support to members regarding card accounts, including status, payments, requests, and inquiries.
• Process card applications, upgrades, balance transfers, card orders, and account maintenance with accuracy.
• Investigate and manage card fraud and disputes, monitor activity, and assist with loss prevention.
• Respond promptly to member and employee questions by phone and in-person, owning issues and delivering solutions.
• Support electronic payment services and back up ACH processing, online banking, mobile deposits, and check processing.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and policies, documenting member interactions and activity.
• Represent the Credit Union professionally through community involvement and growth initiatives.
