Job summary

Central One Federal Credit Union is seeking a Card Services Associate to support daily processing of debit, credit, and ATM transactions and to help resolve issues as they arise. The role reports to the Card Services Manager and offers a hybrid work arrangement after training.

Qualifications

• Two-year college degree required.
• 1-3 years work experience preferred, banking/credit union operations background beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process daily Debit, Credit card and ATM transactions accurately.
• Research and resolve basic card-related issues.
• Assist with procedures and training tools for new products/services.
• Assist with certification/testing with vendors for new products and processes.
• Issue and order new cards; perform related activities.
• Support daily card fraud initiation activities: affidavits, reports, fraud alerts.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of systems supporting card services functions.
• Cross-train in other duties and maintain dual security controls.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve card-related issues; adhere to policies and regulations.
• Stay informed on equipment, procedures and information; attend trainings as needed.
• Maintain community involvement and participate in special projects.
