Central One Federal Credit Union in Shrewsbury, MA is seeking a Card Services Assistant to handle daily processing of debit, credit, and ATM transactions and support fraud prevention efforts.
You\'ll research issues, assist with new card products, coordinate with vendors, and help maintain security controls. The role offers a hybrid schedule with in-office training followed by flexible days after onboarding.

Support Card Services functions with responsibility for a variety of daily processing, administrative, research and maintenance tasks, ensuring a world class level of member service, performed promptly, accurately and efficiently.
$19.03 - $24.50 per hour commensurate with experience
This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement with a combination of in office and remote days upon completion of in-office training period.
Education: Two-year college degree required.
Experience: 1-3 years work experience required, preferably with a banking/credit union operations department; general knowledge of department functions within a financial institution.
Skills: Strong analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast – paced environment, strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Proficient with MS Office, ability to adapt to job specific technologies; ability to interact professionally on the telephone and through electronic means.
