Job summary
Members 1st Federal Credit Union is seeking a Card Operations Manager to lead the Card Services Department, overseeing debit and credit card operations, disputes, fraud mitigation, fulfillment, and vendor coordination while delivering exceptional member service in a fast-paced environment.
You will coach a team, set performance standards, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Fraud, Contact Center, Lending, Finance, Compliance, Digital Banking and key partners to drive improvements and risk
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of related experience
- 3-5 years of leadership/management experience
- Knowledge of card network rules and chargebacks
- Understanding of Regulation E, Z, Card Act and consumer regulations
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of Card Services including debit and credit card services, disputes, fraud mitigation, and card fulfillment.
- Lead a team, coach associates, set performance standards, monitor metrics, and resolve member issues.
- Collaborate with Fraud, Contact Center, Lending, Deposit Operations, Finance, Compliance, Digital Banking and vendors on strategic initiatives.
