Qualifications

• Five to seven years of card services/electronic payments experience with at least three years of leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of debit and credit card operations, disputes, fraud, compliance, vendor management, and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Card Services team through coaching, performance management, and career development.
• Oversee debit/credit card programs, issuance, maintenance, and reissuance processes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage disputes, fraud, and chargebacks.
• Monitor vendor relationships and service levels for card processing partners.
• Develop departmental policies, workflows, and dashboards for performance metrics.
• Support member service goals with cross-department collaboration.
