Job summary

JPMorgan Chase's Risk Management and Compliance team seeks a Card Risk Acquisitions Strategy Vice President to lead development of the new account loss forecast for consumer and small business. You will manage a team of analysts, partner with Marketing, Finance, Risk Execution, Legal and Compliance, and interact with cobrand partner leadership to drive risk-adjusted returns.

This role requires deep quantitative leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate a dynamic financial

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of risk management or financial services experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Math, Finance, Statistics or Economics.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Data mining skills including SAS, SQL, Python, Excel, and database software.
Knowledge of Credit Risk Models.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a changing environment.
Proven experience applying analytics to business problems and independent decision-making.

Responsibilities

Design and implement risk strategy vision, measurement, and reporting standards.
Set clear goals and objectives for tasks with professionalism.
Provide guidance to senior management on risk issues and strategic decisions.
Identify and implement card risk acquisition strategies across credit, legal, and operations.
Monitor performance and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to optimize risk-adjusted returns.
