Qonto is seeking a Lead Banking Operations, Cards to manage card disputes and fraud across its European markets. You will lead a 7-person team and oversee the full chargeback chain, expanding it with our BPO partner, automation and AI, under Justine, Head of Banking Operations Payments.

You will report to Justine, bring leadership in payments operations, and help build a scalable control environment while developing team members' expertise.

Formación

• Led an operational team for 3+ years, ideally in banking, payments or card operations.
• Owned KPIs and SLAs and planned capacity.
• Stays analytical on ambiguous or high-value cases and understands operational risk.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow your team by setting expectations and cross-training.
• Own card disputes end to end, including fraud, commercial and Mastercard chargebacks within rules.
• Keep SLAs and backlog under control by forecasting workload from live data.
• Scale with BPO, automation and AI, deciding what moves to partner, automate, or stay with the team.
• Collaborate across Customer Care, AML & Fraud, Risk & Compliance, Product and Ops Engineering.
