Job summary

The role involves coordinating with clients and third-party processors to implement switches, brand changes, and program updates, ensuring smooth, successful transitions.

Qualifications

• Self-starter who can work independently, adapts, and is capable of mutitasking
• Understands deadlines and can meet them successfully
• Strong communcation skills and can use them to guide the project in front of them successfully
• Banking or Credit Union experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Work with client to implement card processing switches, brand changes, new products, etc.
• Work with third-party card processors to establish timelines and implement a successful card conversion or program change
• Guide clients through the implementation process, ensuring a successful outcome
• Take the initiative to make things better
• Provide expert and creative solutions
• Ongoing client support for some time before transitioning the client into customer support
