Job summary

ApTask in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Senior Program Manager with card/payment conversion experience to lead cross-functional projects.

You will manage project plans, day-to-day tasks, client calls, and conversions, including mock conversions, data loading, testing, and reporting. Visa independence preferred for this 12+ month contract-to-hire role.

Strong communication with leadership and external vendors is essential to ensure on-time delivery and successful cutovers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience in banking, financial services, and/or software industries.
• 5+ years of previous project management and/or relevant consulting experience.
• Knowledge of the payments, fintech and banking industries.
• Confident communicator with experience interacting at all levels.
• Experience leading large projects, hitting goals, and succeeding.
• Proficient with Project Management tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute projects related to new system/tool implementation and ongoing maintenance.
• Partner with leadership, Money Network, development and engineering teams, and vendors.
• Lead cross-functional projects impacting multiple areas of the business.
• Define scope, create consolidated timelines, identify dependencies, and maintain governance.
• Ensure successful delivery, manage third-party relationships, budgets, and escalations.
• Communicate changes to schedule/scope in a timely manner.
