Flex is seeking an experienced individual to own their card programs from start to finish. You will manage a meaningful annualized credit program and develop new card products. Qualifications

• At least one card program launched from scratch as the primary owner.
• Hands‑on depth across ledger, processing, servicing, and fulfillment.
• Deep familiarity with BIN sponsor dynamics, issuer processor mechanics, and card network rules.
• Senior level experience, typically 8 to 12 years.

Responsibilities

• Own every layer of Flex's card programs.
• Lead processor strategy and drive technical negotiations.
• Build the operational infrastructure for multiple card programs.
• Architect the path to scale the portfolio significantly.
• Recruit team members as the function grows.
