Job summary

Matlen Silver in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Program Manager – Conversions on a onsite contract. You will oversee and execute projects related to new system implementations, data loading, testing, and conversion methodologies, coordinating with Money Network, Fiserv, engineering, and vendors.

You will manage project plans, drive client communications, and lead large-scale card/portal conversions, delivering results within tight timelines while ensuring quality and compliance.

Qualifications

Program Manager – Conversions

Alpharetta, GA (Onsite)

8+ Months Contract

Description: As a Project Manager in Conversions you will oversee and execute projects related to new system and tool implementation as well as ongoing maintenance and enhancement of existing platforms. This is a highly visible role for an individual with established project management experience. You will partner with leadership within the team as well as within Money Network and Fiserv, development and engineering teams and third-party vendors. You will lead and execute projects that impact multiple areas of the Money Network business and require cross-functional coordination.

Must Haves

• Conversion background
• Client interfacing
• Manage project plan / day to day tasks/ client interfacing (calls with clients)
• Confidence in front of clients
• Converting large portfolio to large platform
• Project plan, task list
• Practice conversions (mock conversions), generating reports, loading data into environments, testing validation, conversion methodology, reporting results, task management
• Reloadable debit cards (gov program)
• Payment conversion (card focused - debit, prepaid, credit) experience manager needs to see that for the conversions experience we need people that have conversion day cutover experience, handling work stream tasks, and card conversion in conduent. they are needing to have experience converting cards from one platform/processor to another.

• Internal - familiar with JIRA to log, possibly Excel spreadsheet

What you will need to have

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience in banking, financial services, and/or software industries.
• 5+ years of previous project management and/or relevant consulting experience.
• Knowledge of the payments, fintech and banking industries.
• Confident communicator with experience interacting at all levels.
• Experience leading large projects, hitting goals, and succeeding.
• Proficient with Project Management tools.

What would be great to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience implementing fraud prevention systems and tools.
• Experience implementing payments, banking, and/or fintech software.
