Responsibilities

• Oversee and deliver project tasks within timeline under department managers' mentorship
• Perform DNA Card Services implementation tasks including installation and setup for DNA Credit Cards and ATM/Debit Cards
• Configure DNA Card software parameters and client data for test and production environments
• Coordinate cross-project activities to ensure applications interact per specifications
• Adhere to Service Level Agreement guidelines and maintain high attention to detail
• Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and analytical skills and effective stakeholder communication
