Job summary

FLEX / Computer Marketing Corporation in Sandy, Utah seeks a detail-oriented professional to lead and support card conversions for new and existing clients. The role involves coordinating with clients and third-party processors to implement switches, brand changes, and program updates, ensuring smooth, successful transitions.

The ideal candidate will guide clients through implementation, provide expert solutions, and sustain support during the transition to customer service.

Qualifications

• Self-starter who can work independently, adapts, and is capable of mutitasking
• Understands deadlines and can meet them successfully
• Strong communcation skills and can use them to guide the project in front of them successfully
• Banking or Credit Union experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Work with client to implement card processing switches, brand changes, new products, etc.
• Work with third-party card processors to establish timelines and implement a successful card conversion or program change
• Guide clients through the implementation process, ensuring a successful outcome
• Take the initiative to make things better
• Provide expert and creative solutions
• Ongoing client support for some time before transitioning the client into customer support
