The candidate should have a two-year degree and at least four years in a high-availability IT environment, with knowledge of Windows Server, Exchange Server, and networking/voice systems. Hybrid schedule may be available with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferred.
• At least four years of experience in a highly available IT environment.
• Experience with Windows Server, Exchange Server, and networking/voice systems is required or a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configures, maintains and troubleshoots IT systems and networks for the Bank.
• Serves as escalation point for Tier 1 Service Desk with advanced guidance.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, network issues and resolve promptly.
• Ensure systems are tested, configured and installed per standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitors and supports bank systems and alerts management to performance or security issues.
• Creates and maintains configuration diagrams, scripts and documentation.
• Provides superior customer service to employees at multiple locations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
